Bang Seung-Hwan (born 25 February 1983) is a South Korean football player who currently plays for Busan I'Park. He holds the record for the fastest goal scored in all Korean football competitions, when he scored a goal after 11 seconds for Incheon United against Pohang Steelers in a 2–2 draw in the K-League Cup on May 23, 2007.
